For years, we've been told to think about hydration as replacing what we sweat out.
Drink water.

Except football has never been that simple.
A ninety-minute match asks different questions of the body than a marathon. So does a week of training. So does a tournament where three matches are played over two days.
Football doesn't just ask players to keep moving.
It asks them to sprint, recover, change direction, think clearly and do it again.
Modern football demands more than replacing water.
It demands replacing what the body actually loses.
That's where PARC began.
Not with flavor.
Not with marketing.
With a question.
If we were building hydration specifically for football today, what would it include?
That question led us to building PARC with food scientists. It led us to talking to sports nutritionists.
One thing became clear very quickly.
Electrolytes aren't one ingredient.
They're a system.
Yet many hydration products stop at sodium and potassium. Some add magnesium. Very few include calcium as part of that equation.
For footballers, we believed all four belonged.
Not because more ingredients make a better product.
Because each plays a different role.
Sodium helps the body retain fluid and replace what players lose through sweat.
Potassium supports muscle function and helps maintain fluid balance.
Magnesium plays a role in muscle contraction, recovery and energy production.
Calcium is often associated with bone health, but it also contributes to normal muscle contraction and nerve signaling—two things football asks for thousands of times every match.
None of these minerals work in isolation.
Neither do footballers.
The body is a system.
Hydration should be one too.
That's why PARC wasn't engineered around the minimum.
It was engineered around the demands of modern football.
Because if the sport has evolved...
The products supporting players should evolve with it.
