Returns & Refunds

Because PARC products are consumable goods, we’re unable to accept returns of opened products.

If something isn't right with your order, email us at hello@parcsport.com and we'll make it right.

For unopened products, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@parcsport.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
