BUILT FROM THE GAME.

The 88th minute. Tournament weekends. Timed runs in a fitness test. Tracking back when your legs have gone.

Getting caught offside because you switched off for half a second when the back line stepped up.

Sitting in the backseat after two matches in a day with your legs starting to tighten.

These are the moments we thought about when we built PARC.

THE GAME COMPOUNDS.

Minutes stack. Legs get heavy. Your first step isn't as sharp.

Heat. Travel. Recovery. Schedules.

The pace of the game is more than just how fast the ball moves.

The sport dictated the formula.

THE SPORT DICTATED THE FORMULA.

A FULL ELECTROLYTE STACK.

Sodium. Potassium. Magnesium. Calcium.

Hydration built for soccer shouldn't stop at one or two electrolytes.

PARC includes all four to support hydration and help replace electrolytes lost through sweat.

432mg SODIUM · 287mg POTASSIUM · 63mg MAGNESIUM · 48mg CALCIUM

THE MENTAL SIDE OF THE GAME MATTERS.

B-Vitamins + L-Theanine

Your legs aren't the only thing that gets tested late in a match. Decisions still have to be made when fatigue builds.

We wanted to account for that without building PARC around caffeine or stimulants.

RECOVERY WAS PART OF THE BRIEF.

Tart Cherry

Matches stack. Training sessions stack. Recovery time gets compressed.

We wanted recovery to be part of the formulation from the beginning, not something we thought about after hydration.

WHAT WE LEFT OUT MATTERED TOO.

No caffeine. No artificial dyes. Less than 1g sugar.

PARC wasn't built to be an energy drink or a carb-replacement drink.

Every decision came back to the same question:

Does this make sense for soccer?

Dr. matt fujita

“Soccer places demands on players that go beyond simply replacing what is lost through sweat. What I appreciate about PARC is that the formulation reflects that bigger picture — hydration, the mental demands of the game, and the reality of recovery between matches and training sessions.”

“The formula feels considered around how soccer players actually train, compete and recover.”

WHEN TO DRINK PARC

BEFORE TRAINING OR KICKOFF

Start before the work starts.

Drink PARC as you get ready to play—before warmups, before kickoff, before the demands of the game begin.

DURING MATCHES & TOURNAMENT WEEKENDS

Halftime. Between matches. Whenever the schedule gives you a window.

Soccer doesn't give you many breaks. Use the ones you get to replace fluids and electrolytes lost through sweat.

AFTER THE FINAL WHISTLE

Because today's match usually isn't the end of it.

Another match. Training tomorrow. A drive home with tired legs. Rehydrate and replenish electrolytes as you start getting ready for what's next.

BEFORE. DURING. AFTER.

PARC was built to fit the rhythm of soccer.

Questions we get asked every weekend

We stand behind every PARC order.

If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll address it directly.

Is PARC safe for youth players?

PARC was formulated for soccer players and contains electrolytes, B-vitamins, coconut water powder, tart cherry powder, and no artificial dyes.

As with any nutritional product, if you have questions specific to your child, consult your healthcare provider.

Does PARC contain caffeine?

No. PARC does not contain caffeine.

We chose ingredients that support hydration, muscle function, and focus without relying on caffeine.

Does PARC prevent cramps?

Cramps are complex and can happen for a number of reasons.

PARC helps replace electrolytes lost through sweat and supports proper muscle function—both of which are important during training, matches, and tournament weekends.

When should I take PARC?

Drink PARC before training, between matches, during halftime, or after play. We built it to fit into your routine—not replace it.

Why is calcium included?

Most hydration products focus almost exclusively on sodium.

We included calcium because it plays an important role in muscle contraction and signaling—something that's often overlooked in sports hydration.

Why is there so little sugar?

Because soccer players don't need a bottle full of sugar.

PARC contains less than 1 gram of sugar, no artificial dyes, and only the ingredients we believed actually belonged in the formula.

Can I drink more than one PARC in a day?

Yes.

Tournament weekends, doubleheaders, and long training days often demand more hydration than a single session. Many players choose to drink PARC more than once depending on the conditions and their schedule.

Can I drink PARC every day?

Absolutely.

Whether you're training, recovering, coaching, or simply trying to stay hydrated, PARC was designed to fit naturally into an active lifestyle—not just match day.
